SO who exactly was David Lammy – the new Foreign Secretary – representing when he visited Israel? Is it the same people who got Starmer to throw out parliamentary protocol to stop the SNP using their motion day to call for Israel to stop their genocide?
It surely can’t be the UK Government he’s representing? Why would the UK’s Foreign Secretary agree to meet and shake hands with Israel’s murderous leader when the International Criminal Court have issued a warrant for his arrest on suspicion of war crimes and genocide? Does this mean that Starmer’s UK Government no longer support the ICC? Has the UK withdrawn from all international bodies which are interested in stopping war crimes?

So is this the change promised by Labour? No change whatsoever. More than 90 civilians murdered by Israel and they get a state visit from the Foreign Secretary! Starmer is as guilty as Sunak and Genocide Joe Biden in supporting the genocidal attacks on Palestinians. Hopefully the ICC will widen its investigation to target those who are supplying Israel with weapons to kill civilians and we can await Starmer and Lammy coming to trial for aiding a genocide.
