Scottish Labour launched their Scottish version of their UK manifesto and to nobody’s surprise, austerity and public service cuts are on their way, because Labour have committed to no tax rises and no commitment to a move to a progressive taxation system like we have in Scotland, asking those who earn more to pay a little more.

Instead Scottish Labour are committed to keeping the two-child cap on benefits, running with Tory austerity proposals to slash the welfare budget. The founding principles of the Labour Party here in Scotland have been well and truly ditched.
