LAST week Tory MP Nathalie Elphicke was on the streets in Dover saying she would march for the people of the town as she was so against the treatment of the P&O workers, as was Grant Shapps in parliament.

This week the two of them and every other Tory MP ABSTAINED when given the opportunity to outlaw “fire and rehire”.

THERE is no doubt the pandemic would have had a devastating effect on P&O. However it is the future that is the concern for them, and making profit on a highly competitive route to Europe is going to be tough with the lower footfall and freight caused by Brexit. But have a guess who backed Brexit? The RMT!
