SATURDAY will see the last four teams battle it out for a spot in the Euro 2024 semi-finals with Stephen Flynn’s England taking on Alan Cumming’s Switzerland.
England were seconds away from being eliminated in the last round against Slovakia, but Jude Bellingham managed to save his team, thanks to a spectacular overhead kick.
Harry Kane quickly secured England’s place in the quarter-finals in extra time, but the team's performance was far from convincing, and was the definition of a smash-and-grab.
On the other hand, Switzerland managed to deliver one of the biggest upsets of the tournament as they dumped out the reigning champions Italy.

Cumming will be hoping for a repeat performance against the Euro 2020 finalists from the Swiss as he is playing for Scottish Trans.
England will have to vastly improve if they are to advance to the next round and help Flynn’s chances of securing the charity prize money for Community Food Initiatives North East.
The second of the evening's matches will see Ian Blackford’s Netherlands take on Iona Fyfe’s (below) Türkiye.
The Netherlands comfortably beat Romania in the previous round 3-0 but will expect to come up against a more resilient test in Türkiye.
Fyfe’s team pulled off one of the most entertaining performances of the tournament so far as they overcame a solid Austria side in a blockbuster spectacle befitting of any knockout football match.
The Scottish singer will hope Turkey can perform to the same high intensity they showed in their last game against the Netherlands as Fyfe is playing for Refuweegee.
However, Blackford (below) will fancy his team's chances to go all the way to finals if his team can take care of business as easily as they did in the round of 16 as he is playing for the Skye-based Lucky2BeHere.
It’s all to play for on this side of the knockout bracket as all four teams will legitimately believe they have a shot to go all the way.
The big question is who will still be in it by the end of tonight's two games.
