THE First Minister’s brother-in-law has been arrested and charged with abduction and extortion following the death of a man in Dundee.

A 36-year-old man died at Ninewells Hospital on January 17, one week after falling from the window of a block of flats in the Morgan Street area of the city.

Last week, police said a 38-year-old woman had been charged with culpable homicide in connection with the incident.

A 50-year-old man and 41-year-old woman were also arrested and charged with abduction and extortion.

Now, a fourth person, reported to be Humza Yousaf’s brother-in-law Ramsay El-Nakla, has also been arrested.
