AN upscale fashion retailer has closed its flagship Glasgow store temporarily.

Polo Ralph Lauren, an American brand selling swish womenswear, menswear and children's clothes, shut the doors on its Ingram Street location at the end of January.

A reason for the closure was not given and signage on the covered windows advised customers to visit their website to shop the brand.
