Stephen Buchanan said refugee and asylum issues were causes ‘close to his heart.’ He said: “It's a charity that does lots of amazing and extremely important work. My mum has taken in a few refugees over the years so it's a cause that is close to my heart.”

Jin Hao Li added: “Scotland has given me a home away from home when I was an international student, and I hope this welcoming space can be that for others too.”

Josie Long said: “I am so glad to be able to help support and welcome refugees in Scotland. I can’t wait for this gig.”
