ANDY Murray tweeted an incredible response to news Nicola Sturgeon was to step down as First Minister.
The three-time Grand Slam champion hinted he might consider putting himself forward to lead the nation when the time comes to hang up the racket.
He said on Twitter: "Interesting vacancy. Was looking to get into politics when I finish playing"

Back in 2014, Murray waded into the independence debate encouraging people to vote Yes on polling day.
He said: "Huge day for Scotland today! No campaign negativity last few days totally swayed my view on it. Excited to see the outcome. Lets do this!”
