Is Twitter down? Reports of problems explode across UK
REPORTS of people struggling to access Twitter’s website have exploded across the UK this evening.
After about 5pm, website Down Detector showed a sudden major spike in reports of problems – going from reaching thousands within minutes.
Some 47% of complaints related to the app, while another 44% focused on the website.
Twitter has yet to officially confirm it has resolved the issue, or comment on what caused it.
