French Prime Minister Edouard Philippe
FRANCE has ordered a lock down of all non-essential public places amid the coronavirus Covid-19 outbreak.
French Prime Minister Edouard Philippe will close restaurants, cafes, cinemas and discos, as well as non-essential businesses at midnight tonight to reduce the spread of the virus.
Philippe also urged people to avoid or reduce travel between towns.
