'Only in Glasgow': Shocking clip of man CYCLING on M8 goes viral on TikTok (Image: TikTok)
A SHOCKING clip showing a man cycling on a busy motorway near Glasgow has gone viral.
The video, shared on TikTok, appears to show a man riding a bicycle in the middle of a lane on the M8 near the city centre.
In the footage, titled 'Only in Glasgow', a passenger is filming the brazen cyclist, who seemed oblivious to the other cars as they travelled along the road.
He had an Asda shopping bag hanging off one of the handlebars and did not appear to be wearing a helmet or any safety gear.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We received a report of a man cycling eastbound on the M8 near junction 14 around 3.15pm. Officers attended but there was no trace."
