House prices in Stroud have soared by an average of over £10,000 in the month of July, according to figures from the Land Registry.

The latest data from the government department reveals that in July 2022 average house prices in Stroud reached £346,717.

This was up from £335,889 in June, representing a 3.2 per cent increase. In the last 12 months it has risen by 17.9 per cent.
