RANGERS midfielder Stephen Kelly could be on the move this summer after attracting interest from clubs in the Premiership and England's League One and League Two, according to reports.
The 22-year-old has previously enjoyed successful loan stints at Ayr United and Ross County before impressing during a spell at Salford City last season.
The Scotland Under-21 internationalist has returned to training alongside the rest of Giovanni van Bronckhorst's squad but faces an uncertain future with twelve months left on his contract.
The central midfielder has struggled for first-team opportunities at Ibrox and the Daily Record report that Kelly is likely to be loan-listed for the upcoming campaign, with the youngster appearing on many clubs' 'wanted lists'.
However, the report adds that a permanent transfer could also be arranged - 'if the right deal could be struck with Rangers and would benefit the player’s career'.
Kelly made his Rangers debut in a 4-0 victory over Ayr United in the League Cup in September 2018 but has only made a further two first-team appearances for the Glasgow side.
