BELIEVE In Scotland founder Gordon MacIntyre-Kemp will be interviewed live on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube by our editor Callum Baird on Thursday, September 16.

The event is the latest in our series of online Roadshows – with the pandemic meaning we can’t come to venues as we used to.

The livestream will also be available to view in a story at the top of our website when we go live at 7.30pm on Thursday, September 16, as well as on the Believe In Scotland Facebook page.

We’ll be discussing the Autumn of Indy Action organised by Believe In Scotland and supported by The National that kicks off on Saturday.

The campaign will see Yes groups launching a fresh bid to win over voters to independence, with stalls and leaflets among the plans to begin the drive on September 18.

Baird will also have all the details on our special Saturday edition helping Yes groups to make the case on the big day, put together in partnership with Believe in Scotland.

If you have questions you’d like to submit to MacIntyre-Kemp, please send them over by email to stewart.ward@thenational.scot or letters@thenational.scot with the subject “roadshow”.

National editor Callum Baird said: "Our virtual Roadshows have been a big hit so far – with strong turnouts for our columnists talking indy and then our event with Michael Russell.

"We've had great feedback and people have been telling us how it's giving them fresh drive, so we thought it'd be perfect to chat to Gordon ahead of the Autumn of Indy Action.

"We've got some really fun plans in store to support the campaign and we'll be talking about those too.

"I'll also be getting some of Gordon's thoughts on the wider landscape for independence."
