A SPECIALIST family-run seafood wholesaler has signed a major new contract to supply produce to an upmarket hotel business.
Perth-based George Campbell & Sons has struck the deal with the Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels. MD Iain Campbell said “We are absolutely delighted to have secured this major contract with one of Scotland’s leading hotel groups.
“We look forward to working with the Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels team to provide the very best in fresh, seasonal and sustainable seafood.”
The seven hotels in the group are Peebles Hydro and Park Hotel in the Borders; Crieff Hydro and Murraypark hotel in Perthshire; the Isles of Glencoe, Kingshouse Hotel in Glencoe; and the Ballachulish Hotel overlooking Loch Linnhe.
