Semi-Detached (BBC2, 9.30pm)
A JOURNALIST accompanies Kate home to write a lifestyle piece on her as the local MP. What they find is Ted and Stuart half-dressed, Madonna dressed as a tomato and everyone acting very suspiciously. Stuart tries his best to keep things together for his ex-wife, only for his own problems to arise with the return of April’s former boyfriend, casting doubt over Bertha’s paternity.

Frankie Boyle’s New World Order (BBC2, 10pm)
THROUGHOUT his career, Frankie Boyle has taken aim at anything and anybody. Bearing that in mind, it should be interesting to see what Frankie has to say about what is arguably the biggest global story since the Second World War – the Covid-19 pandemic. New World Order returns for its fourth series, and Frankie is joined by comic guests to try to make sense of these bewildering times. Although the show may be officially classed as a “comedy”, it is merely a chance for Boyle to get a few things off his chest.

Iron Resurrection (Quest, 10pm)
THE fly-on-the-wall series following Joe Martin and his team as they restore vehicles returns for a second run. Working with his wife Amanda and best friend Shag, Joe’s custom shop oversees every phase of restoration from design, fabrication and mechanicals to the final paint job. Tonight, Martin Brothers Customs can’t wait to transform a 1970 Chevy C10 truck into a powerful autocross hot rod. First, Amanda and Shag need to locate a sturdy cab for the build.

Racism: My Story (C5, 10pm)
ONE hundred days after the death of George Floyd, a number of black British people share their experiences of racism, including their treatment by police, workplace discrimination or on the streets. Contributors include actor and comedian Andi Osho, barrister and star of The Chase Shaun Wallace, Dawn Butler MP, Dr Janine Channer, football commentator and former player Mark Bright, nurse Neomi Bennett, youth mentor Sayce Holmes-Lewis and author and journalist Yomi Adegoke.
