THE UK Government has revealed details of its new points-based system to determine who can and cannot immigrate to the UK.

The proposals have already been widely criticised for effectively closing UK borders to all "non-skilled" workers and anyone who doesn't already speak English fluently.

Aberdeen councillor Christian Allard says he wouldn’t have qualified to live in Scotland under the new points-based system when he arrived almost 40 years ago – and still wouldn’t now.

Like with Allard, the reality is that many people currently living, and working, in Scotland would not score highly enough to live here.

So, do you think you can score enough points to live in the UK?

Now share your result on social media, and encourage others to find out if they could stay in the UK under the Tory Government's "devastating" immigration proposals.
