A SCOTTISH distillery has won two awards recognising its visitor experience.
Glasgow’s Clydeside Distillery was awarded “Best Distillery Experience” and overall “Best Visitor Attraction” at the Scottish Outdoor Leisure Awards.
Bridgeen Mullen, visitor centre manager at The Clydeside Distillery, said: “We are incredibly proud to have been recognised, not just once, but twice. Whisky tourism is our core product and by focusing on this we can use our knowledge and expertise to offer our customers something diverse and unique, as well as a wide range of products and services.
“We are very proud of our entire distillery team, from tour guides, retail and cafe teams, to production and distillers. Each member is incredibly passionate and works very hard to ensure a truly memorable world-class Scotch Whisky experience.”
The awards follow the distillery’s five star rating from VisitScotland earlier this year.
