IT’S been two decades since Jamie Oliver went from being a relatively obscure Essex lad to overnight star. He arrived on TV with The Naked Chef, shook up culinary culture and changed how many people have cooked and eaten over the last 20 years. But how has that time changed him? Davina McCall looks back at memorable Jamie moments, from his accidental discovery at The River Cafe to his rise to fame as iconic Brit-pop chef.

Interior Design Masters, BBC2, 8pm
ASPIRING designers take on commercial interior challenges, as they compete to win a life-changing contract. The nine remaining contestants are challenged to use their interior-design skills to transform hotel bedrooms at Hotel Chocolate in Bournemouth. The hotel has a strong chocolate theme throughout, so the competitors, split into teams of three, must incorporate dark, milk or white chocolate into their designs.

Sacred Wonders, BBC1, 9pm
A BUDDHIST painter battles the elements at Boudhanath Stupa in Nepal to honour Buddha’s birthday, and in Iraq, at Lalish Temple, a young Yazidi woman goes in search of comfort after being traumatised by the recent conflict. At the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem – where a miracle is believed to happen at the same place annually – an orthodox Christian delivers a holy flame into the hands of a bishop. Documentary showcasing what people do for faith in some of the most stunning sacred places on Earth. Last in the series.

LISA tries to make amends for her part in Lucinda’s disappearance but is starting to see a different side to Kate and Guy. Her husband Joe tells her that she should focus on her own family as their daughter Sally has struggles to cope with the recent events. Guy learns that Sally has been keeping information from the investigation and storms round to Lisa’s home.
