Nadiya’s Time to Eat, BBC2, 8pm

AS a working parent herself, Nadiya Hussain understands how difficult it can be for people to juggle family life with jobs and other commitments, so has come up with various recipes that should help us all cut down on the amount of time we spend behind a hot stove. She begins by demonstrating an innovative approach to the traybake before showcasing an omelette wrap, a zesty haddock (whatever that is) and the fastest-cooking roast potatoes in the West.

Dark Money, BBC1, 9pm

ISAAC spirals out of control after he finds out he is being dropped from the Valiant & Son sequel, worried what people will now think and that he will be viewed as a failure. As the truth starts to come out, Jess plays a dangerous game with the press as she arranges to meet with Dominic in her determination to bring Jotham to justice. Drama about a couple who accept a pay-off to keep silent about the molestation of their son by a Hollywood producer, starring Babou Ceesay, Jill Halfpenny and Max Fincham. The final episode can be seen tomorrow.

Stargazing: Moon Landing Special, BBC2, 9pm

TO celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing, Professor Brian Cox and Dara O Briain travel to Cape Canaveral in Florida – where the historic mission began. They hear first-hand from former astronaut Charlie Duke what it was like to guide Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin to the surface of the Moon and how he followed in their footsteps three years later. They are joined by Kevin Fong and Hannah Fry to explore the latest developments in human space flight.

Long Lost Family, STV, 9pm

DAVINA McCall and Nicky Campbell help more people to reunite with long-lost relatives. Alice Jones was brought up by her father, but on a visit to her mother more than 50 years ago she met her younger brother called Sam and has always hoped that one day she would see him again. Mark Ratcliffe grew up in Lancashire and at the age of 12 his parents told him he was adopted and the revelation devastated him. Ever since, he cannot shake the question of how a mother could give up her child and is now looking for answers.
