IRN-BRU have handed Noel Gallagher the ultimate rebuke from Scotland.
The former Oasis singer has faced an online backlash after he said Scotland “was like a third-world country” amid a spat with Scottish star Lewis Capaldi.
The nation’s number one soft drink producer has responded by “cancelling” Gallagher.
Irn-Bru, responding to reports of the singer’s comments, announced the news on Twitter.

The term 'cancel' has been popularised online by Scottish comedian Limmy, among others, to mark a fall from grace by public figures.

Gallagher initially claimed he had never heard of Capaldi during an interview on Radio X.
In response, the Scottish singer played the clip and imitated Gallagher as he appeared on stage at Glastonbury.

Gallagher, speaking to Variety, subsequently said: "F****** Chewbacca should enjoy his 15 minutes.
"The greatest day of his life that I slagged him off or called him an idiot.
"It's the greatest day of his f****** life so far. He's just thinking 'wow'.
"Well, I know you're Scottish and all that but f****** hell. It is like a third world country but for f***'s sake, man, you must have had a better day than this. Surely."
Capaldi responded on Twitter by editing his face on to an image of Chewbacca and changing his name on the site to Chewis Capaldi.
Gallagher has since faced a wave of online criticism.
