THE UK’s body image is at an all-time low, with a recent YouGov study revealing that more than a third of Brits are unhappy with their appearance and lacking self-confidence. Thankfully social psychologist Dr Keon West of Goldsmiths University and mental health campaigner Natasha Devon have come up with a radical solution to help people learn to love their bodies again, without a makeover. Each week, three individuals who all suffer from a lack of confidence join a group of near-naked body-positive Brits of varying shapes and sizes on a sun-soaked Greek island. Tonight Elysia comes to terms with her stretchmarks, Darrell addresses his new body shape after a sporting injury and Kaye learns to accept her wobbly stomach.

Code Blue: Murder, STV, 9pm

THE second of two documentaries following separate murder investigations, from the first code blue call through to the convictions of the killers. In March 2018 police were called to an address in Swansea where the body of John Williams, known as Jack, had been found tied up and with head injuries, apparently the victim of an attack. The only potential motive is a substantial amount of cannabis scattered around the property – but then a neighbour mentions a woman asking about Jack on the night he died.
