IT'S been a busy week in the political world.

At Holyrood, we saw the Scottish Budget passing after the SNP struck a deal with the Greens. The other opposition parties failed to engage – and their reasons for not doing so spoke volumes.

Meanwhile, at Westminster, MPs voted on seven key Brexit amendments. On six of them, Scotland's voice will be ignored, with the majority of our MPs outweighed.

And, of course, there's ongoing debate into all matters Scottish independence.

To help us sort through these issues, National editor Callum Baird and Paul Kavanagh (with the Wee Ginger Dug) were joined by SNP MSP James Dornan.

He was able to see the Budget happenings first-hand ... and also discussed is the media's failure to hold the Scottish Tories to account.
