EDINBURGH Airport saw a record number of passengers in October, with more than 1.3 million passing through.

This marks October as their strongest month for growth, with an 8% increase on passenger numbers from this time last year.

Gordon Dewar, chief executive of Edinburgh Airport said: “It shows Scotland’s continued attractiveness to visitors all year round as well as the number of people taking advantage of the array of destinations we serve from Scotland’s busiest airport.”
