HERE we go again, barely one year has passed since the SNP establishment lined up for various “hostage” videos – telling us all to support Humza as he was the way forward. Clearly not.

Too much emphasis was put on the voting intentions of the 100 or so parliamentarians. To some extent they are the ones who got the SNP into its current difficulties. Now we hear from Stewart McDonald MP that the “independence has never been closer” line is a lie and it’s going to take longer to achieve our aim. Maybe if we have a party and party leader serious about independence, and putting it at the the top of the agenda, we might get somewhere?

Last time we let the parliamentarians dictate to us who was best – they were wrong, and following their example again will lead to more problems. We need radical change and a leader from outside the current cabal running/ruining the party.
