RYAN Murphy’s vivid dramatisation of the fashion designer’s murder continues apace, as we move to San Diego in 1980. We find the young Andrew Cunanan at home with his family, idolised by his father Modesto (played by acclaimed Filipino stage actor Jon Jon Briones). Seemingly nothing could be better for the lad, especially after Modesto gets a new job – what could possibly happen that turns him into the twisted individual we have by now come to know?

JOYCE is furious with Sam and Monty after Sammy’s disastrous performances in Neptunes, and she soon finds out Monty has given him a Solana contract. Meanwhile, Doreen jumps the gun by sending Pauline’s novel to be published, and Sheron and Billy spend a day reliving their youth. Elsewhere, Denis and Nigel are increasingly reluctant to arrest Lesley, and Mateo worries about yet another concubine cruise with Crystal Hennessy-Vass.

CHARITY worker Freddie, 27, is set up on a date with 22-year-old fashion buyer Rebecca, 22, hoping she will be the girl who will get his unique sense of humour. Army medic Lyn, 36, meets Steve, a 38-year-old ex-Army engineer. Their date takes an interesting turn when she reveals she is pregnant.
Exposure – Great Ormond Street: The Child First and Always? STV, 11.05pm
SINCE it opened in 1852 with just 10 beds, Great Ormond Street Hospital in London has become an international centre of excellence in child healthcare, with 250,000 patients every year. However, its gastroenterology department’s treatment of a controversial disease has troubled fellow medics for years and the hospital has stopped taking new referrals for most conditions. This film reveals how some children were over-treated with potentially harmful drugs, and features interviews with families about their child’s treatment.
